Now celebrating 120 years of service to the greater Harrisburg community, our once “club in the country” is now conveniently located minutes from downtown Harrisburg and most points on the east and west shores. Our historic golf course has been a draw for members for decades. Designed by William Flynn a noted early American golf architect, our golf course is renowned for its timeless design and natural flow with the land, similar to some of Mr. Flynn’s more recognized courses,– Shinnecock Hills and Merion where U.S. Opens have been hosted. The course is beautiful and challenging, but easily accessible for members at any time of the day, and a great place to enjoy the company of friends, family and fellow members.   
 
Rest assured, however, The Country Club of Harrisburg is more than just golf.  Perched atop the highest point of the 350 acre property, with breathtaking views of the Susquehanna River below, the early 1900’s clubhouse exudes character while serving as the hub for countless daily activities. 

• Tennis anyone?  At Harrisburg, you will enjoy the largest number of tennis courts at any Club in the region – featuring four Har-Tru and two hard surface courts, complimented with a tennis program for you and the entire family.  You may also enjoy pickleball, one of the fastest growing sports in the country.

• Perhaps you might wish to enjoy the tranquility of the grounds with other members, poolside each summer.  The pool is a center of social activity as well as where children participate in our award winning swim program. 

• There are also so many ways to enjoy the beauty of the property.  Members and guests can enjoy hiking, cross country skiing, snow-shoeing, camping, fishing and other fun outdoor activities. 

• The casual, friendly, family centric dining experience of the Club is matched by a skilled culinary team that utilizes only the finest and freshest ingredients. From traditional club favorites to themed dining nights – members and guests alike regard their dining experience as a hallmark of their experience at the Club.
